VMFC recognised the contributions of its players and supporters at our End of Season Awards Night on July 27th.

 

For the 2nd team, Jordan Langford picked up the manager's award for his impressive goal scoring throughout the season, while Ant Parkin won the players' award due to his continual improvement every time he's stepped out onto the pitch.

 

The 1st team manager's award went to Alex Wilson for his combative midfield displays and exceptional performance in the winning Eurogames side, and Jason McAuley was voted as the players' player of the season for his consistency at the back and help with developing the team both in matches and at training.

 

The clubman of the year went to Pete Ransom.

 

Village Manchester FC return to training on Thursday August 2nd and we're interested to hear from any footballers who are looking to get back into the game or a new team. Our first friendlies take place on Saturday August 4th in Huyton against Mersey Marauders and Saltire Thistle.
