This year the GFSN’s Summer Get Together is taking place over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend in Leeds.

Starting on Friday 23 May, the weekend will be a celebration of 25 years of the GFSN – the Gay Football Supporters’ Network.

The weekend will kick off with a night out on the Friday followed by a small-sided tournament on the Saturday. The competition is usually very fierce with many clubs looking to win the bragging rights of being champions for the year. Village Manchester will be taking a couple of teams to compete in the tournament and they will be eager to get their hands on some silverware in readiness for their GFSN Cup final a week later.

Following the tournament, the Champions League final takes place in the evening and football players and supporters from all of the competing teams will go out for a few more drinks.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the GFSN there will be an extra 'Home Nations' 11-a-side mini tournament on the Sunday where GFSN members will be selected at random to play for the country or region of their birth.
